Overview

ICF’s Digital Modernization division is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support federal customers, focusing on high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.

In Short

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with team members on application development.
• Review and update Salesforce license recommendations.
• Create designs for business functionality implementation.
• Advise UI/UX designers on best practices.
• Mentor new Salesforce developers.
• Perform ongoing Salesforce administration and development.
• Support hosted applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor Salesforce usage for compliance.
• Document best practices and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and be a US Citizen.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com data structure.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration tasks.
• 3+ years of experience with database software.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
