Overview

The Risk Analyst supports the Risk Reporting & Analytics Lead by gathering, analysing, and presenting data to deliver actionable insights into the organisation's risk landscape.

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and potential risks.
• Prepare detailed risk reports tailored to operational and executive-level stakeholders.
• Help develop dashboards and visualisations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Use analytics and reporting tools to support risk management initiatives.
• Work with Risk & Control Business Partners and SMEs to align analytics with risk priorities.
• Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and suggest automation opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights to support central risk governance reporting.
• Experience in statistical analysis and data visualisation.
• Familiarity with risk reporting standards and compliance regulations.
• Prepare and present risk analytics and reports.

Requirements

• +3 years experience in statistical analysis and data visualisation.
• Experience in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems.
• Understanding of risk frameworks and core operational risk processes.
• Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience extracting and managing large datasets.
