Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in market risk, preferably in crypto or fintech.
• Strong coding skills in Python for analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Comfortable with risk models interpretation.
• Knowledge of crypto markets and derivatives is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable with flexible hours.
