Overview

As a Risk Analyst at Housecall Pro, you will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing potential losses, evaluating merchant credit worthiness, and protecting our company and service professionals from fraud.

In Short

• Review and investigate high-risk payment transactions.
• Conduct analysis on merchants and transaction activity.
• Evaluate new accounts for eligibility in payment processing.
• Manage and document cases from start to finish.
• Collaborate with senior risk leaders to enhance loss prevention strategies.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in risk analysis or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Experience with fraud detection and credit underwriting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in risk analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, economics, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with fraud detection and prevention.
• Experience with credit underwriting.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Experience with Stripe or other credit card processors a plus.
