Overview

The Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant at Experian Health plays a pivotal role in managing client implementation of Experian Claims products, contributing to the future of U.S. healthcare.

In Short

  • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, documentation, and reporting.
  • Schedule client meetings and coordinate internal resource support.
  • Facilitate testing and training activities with clients.
  • Lead technical discussions for project integrations.
  • Utilize internal tools for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Track open issues and solution plans during implementation.
  • Balance multiple projects concurrently across facilities and products.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management products.
  • Experience with Healthcare Claims processing.
  • Familiarity with Epic (835/837).
  • Understanding of healthcare legislation and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 25%).
