Overview

As a Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant at Experian, you will manage client implementation of Experian Claims products, contributing to the future of U.S. healthcare.

In Short

  • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and documentation.
  • Schedule client meetings and coordinate internal support.
  • Request and schedule testing and training activities.
  • Facilitate technical discussions for project integrations.
  • Use internal tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Identify and escalate project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Track open issues during implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Balance multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management products.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare Claims processing.
  • Experience with Epic (835/837).
  • Understanding of healthcare legislation and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 25%).
