Overview

The Relationship Management Manager, Employer Services builds and maintains positive relationships with clients, driving business growth, and leading a team of Relationship Managers. Your role will involve strategic planning, customer service, and sales management to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage revenue performance across assigned accounts, including forecasting, renewals, retention trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage VOC, client feedback, and service metrics to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and drive accountability for team KPIs, objectives, and performance outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers through performance management and mentoring.
  • Use business, operational and analytical skills to assess portfolio health and mitigate risk.
  • Present business reviews and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leaders.
  • Maintain awareness of market conditions and industry developments.
  • Report to the Sr. Director Relationship Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/account management leadership.
  • Financial knowledge, including experience managing revenue performance.
  • Experience using VOC insights to improve client experience.
  • Knowledge of Employer Services and related areas.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales/account management systems.
  • Customer-focused with experience building trusted relationships.
