Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager with expertise in building and expanding long-term strategic client relationships, particularly in the financial services sector.

In Short

  • Manage existing customer relationships to enhance adoption and growth of Experian's products.
  • Support clients' strategic plans and ensure execution of relevant projects.
  • Educate clients on Experian products through ongoing consultations.
  • Conduct frequent communication with clients, including virtual meetings and travel.
  • Achieve annual sales revenue targets through renewals and growth of existing accounts.
  • Negotiate complex client contracts for Experian's products and services.
  • Define and manage strategic account plans aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution and support.
  • Develop relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Create presentations on market trends and best practices for clients.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in sales or relationship management in relevant industries.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
  • Fluency in data, software, and financial services solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives.
  • Ability to present customer insights through business reviews.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
