Product Operations Director - Remote

Overview

The Product Operations Director plays a critical role in enabling the Product Management organization to operate efficiently, consistently, and with high quality across the entire product lifecycle.

In Short

• Lead the development and evolution of standardized product management processes.
• Guide product planning and portfolio governance across teams.
• Oversee operational execution rhythms across the product lifecycle.
• Manage product management tools and data systems.
• Establish and maintain dashboards and metrics for tracking progress.
• Coordinate between Product and cross-functional partners.
• Guide post-launch evaluations and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
• 8–12+ years in product ops/PM/PMO/business ops.
• 5+ years operating at scale in Product Ops or Product PMO.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end product lifecycle in Agile environments.
• Experience implementing and scaling product management frameworks.
• Experience translating operational/product data into insights.
• Experience leading portfolio planning and release governance.
• Experience with tooling administration and product ops dashboards.
