Overview

The Director, Product Operations is responsible for building the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Finance, RevOps, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, ensuring that strategy translates into impact and that teams have the processes, tools, and insights to excel.

In Short

  • Own all Product operating processes and maintain a living, organized product roadmap.
  • Drive quarterly and annual OKR setting and accountability for Product.
  • Lead quarterly planning processes with Engineering and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Data Intelligence to ensure Product Scorecards and dashboards are in place.
  • Build and maintain centralized planning frameworks.
  • Oversee QBR, VCP, and board content creation.
  • Facilitate timely delivery of business-critical analyses.
  • Introduce new tools and norms to improve product operations efficiency.
  • Act as the Product voice within Business Operations.
  • Ensure smooth operational workflows between Product, GTM, and Operations functions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product operations or management consulting.
  • Deep knowledge of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong analytical orientation.
  • Skilled in process design and operational improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
  • Fluency with tools like Salesforce, Jira, and analytics platforms.
  • Background in management consulting is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional initiatives.
