Overview

The Lead Sales Operations Analyst at Experian will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, overseeing sales operations processes including Salesforce execution, deal governance, forecasting, and lead-to-cash optimization.

In Short

  • Be a Sales Operation Lead advising on performance and operational risk.
  • Manage end-to-end sales operations lead to order processes.
  • Influence decisions impacting pipeline governance and forecasting methodology.
  • Lead executive-level business reviews on pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Provide scenario modeling for territories and revenue insights.
  • Design and evolve sales operating model and forecasting standards.
  • Maintain governance for pricing policy and revenue recognition.
  • Manage sales policy documentation and complex issue escalation.
  • Lead Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and billing transformation workstreams.
  • Ensure Salesforce enhancements align with sales execution needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years in Sales Operations or related roles.
  • Salesforce expertise and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience as a primary sales and revenue operations partner.
  • Track record designing sales operating models and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with end-to-end lead-to-cash processes.
  • Financial knowledge and understanding of revenue impact.
  • Experience with commercial contract terms and Salesforce execution.
