Overview

The Junior Executive Assistant will provide confidential and professional support to the SVP and her team, ensuring efficient management of appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.

In Short

  • Coordinate calls, meetings, and events.
  • Manage meeting logistics and appointments.
  • Book business travel and prepare itineraries.
  • Participate in meetings, taking notes and preparing minutes.
  • Maintain a list of actions and follow-up items.
  • Prepare presentations and documents while ensuring version control.
  • Submit travel expense reports and receipts.
  • Process purchase requisitions and review invoices.
  • Archive files/documents securely.
  • Provide support to GFS leads as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation management.
  • Experience supporting executives or senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of expense management and travel booking tools.
  • Interest in advancing to a senior EA or operations role.
