Overview

The I-9 Administrator will work remotely, ensuring accurate completion of Form I-9 and E-Verify processes by collaborating with clients and their employees.

In Short

  • Collaborate with client employees through web conferencing.
  • Verify employment eligibility documents for legitimacy.
  • Enter document information into Form I-9 Section 2.
  • Upload documents into Experian I-9 systems.
  • Provide guidance on I-9 processes and compliance.
  • Conduct video calls for document verification.
  • Review completed Form I-9 for accuracy.
  • Resolve discrepancies in I-9 and E-Verify.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Work some weekends and evenings.

Requirements

  • High school degree or two years of customer service experience.
  • Prior HR or I-9 related experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • High-speed internet service required.
  • Designated workspace and ability to be on camera.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work items.
  • Strong document analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.
