In Short

  • Support I-9 clients by ensuring accuracy in I-9 completion and E-Verify submissions.
  • Perform direct interactions with client employees via video calls to verify documentation.
  • Review completed I-9 forms for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance to clients on the I-9 process.
  • Collaborate with team members across functional units.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to I-9 and E-Verify.
  • Work in a flexible environment with opportunities for remote work.
  • Maintain a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a collaborative team setting.
  • Be proficient in using web conferencing technology.

Requirements

  • High school degree or two years of customer service experience.
  • Prior HR or I-9 experience is preferred.
  • Experience in data entry and document analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work items effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills for handling inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.
  • Ability to work under strict time limits.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction.
