Financial Analyst II - Remote

Overview

The North America FP&A is looking for a Financial Analyst II to support regional planning and reporting functions, collaborating with finance teams across North America to enhance planning and reporting processes.

In Short

• Support monthly and annual planning and analysis using Hyperion and Oracle applications.
• Prepare monthly management reports and handle ad hoc revenue/cost reporting and analysis requests.
• Standardize and create efficiencies in financial reporting and analysis models.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of cost and headcount movements, researching variances across systems.
• Analyze operating results, interpret data, and investigate variances.
• Improve reporting accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in Finance.
• Advanced English level.
• Excel skill required; experience with OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView is ideal.
• Customer service focus and experience supporting finance professionals.
• Ability to summarize and explain large amounts of information including variances to budget and forecast.
