In Short

• Lead the product development team as a self-starter and player-coach.
• Provide technical direction to software engineering teams.
• Deliver complex products involving file extracts and interactive technologies.
• Apply expertise in software system design including scalability and reliability.
• Manage relationships with strategic partners for product releases.
• Promote agile practices to improve delivery time and work quality.
• Coordinate software engineering teams in production support.
• Define guardrails in development to uphold regulatory compliance.
• Prepare materials for internal and external auditors.
• Collaborate with Product Management on technology and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of total experience with 3+ years in direct team management.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Python, CICD, RxJava, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Cloud, API, and Microservices.
• Preferred experience with AWS in a development role.
• Agile/Scrum expertise required.
• Strong technical leadership record in technology companies.
• Experience in preparing and presenting materials to wider audiences.
• Ability to develop teams for engineering excellence.
• Required to work in-office 2 days a week (Hybrid work mode).
