Overview

The End User Services (EUS) Team Lead manages the overall delivery of end user services in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on Help Desk and Field Services operations.

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced reporting skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Infrastructure subject matter expertise in ITIL and ITSM.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
