Overview

The Director of UI Claims Operations will lead a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and compliance oversight in claims operations.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Claims Managers and Hearing Coordinators.
  • Ensure operational excellence across client assignments.
  • Manage desk volume and compliance oversight.
  • Serve as a liaison for client implementations and sales discussions.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for UI-related inquiries.
  • Support managers during client-facing escalations.
  • Provide strategic guidance and resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism reflecting commitment to client success.
  • Report to Senior Director Unemployment Cost Management.
  • Work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in claims operations or client services.
  • Knowledge of UI systems and SIDES compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong escalation management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
