The Director of Privileged Access Management (PAM) will lead the strategy and execution of PAM technologies, ensuring secure management of privileged accounts across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Identity and Access Management.
• 5+ years in Privileged Access Management.
• Experience with PAM technologies like CyberArk.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with product management in security.
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
