Overview

The Director, Agentic AI/Automation will lead Experian's Smart Automation & Delivery organization, focusing on AI-driven operational excellence and the evolution from traditional RPA to intelligent automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software/automation engineering, with 5+ years in leadership.

• Experience in executive engagement and cross-functional influence.
• Knowledge of cloud-native development and modern SDLC practices.
• Proven track record of delivering production solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
