Overview

The Decisioning Manager is a client-facing role responsible for ensuring the delivery, performance, and ongoing value of Experian's decisioning and software platforms for strategic clients.

In Short

  • Primary decisioning and software point of contact for assigned strategic clients.
  • Lead regular client technical and decisioning reviews.
  • Build trusted relationships across multiple levels of the client organization.
  • Oversee decisioning platform implementations and post-production support.
  • Manage client communications and service level agreement reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing decisioning and fraud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain client communication plans post-delivery.
  • Facilitate client training for Decisioning and Fraud solutions.
  • Communicate complex decisioning concepts to stakeholders.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience managing enterprise decisioning or analytics solutions.
  • Experience with decisioning platforms and analytics solutions.
  • Experience managing client environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading client escalations and service management activities.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Experience with learning, influence, and leadership development.
