The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships to drive successful partnerships and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Own and manage end-to-end customer relationship across a portfolio of customers.
  • Support assigned Account Director on strategic accounts.
  • Responsibilities include client management, education, and contract negotiation.
  • Key metrics for success include customer renewal and revenue retention rates.
  • Frequent communication with clients, including weekly status calls.
  • Gather industry information within assigned portfolio.
  • Develop relationships across all client/prospect base and internal departments.
  • Navigate organizations to promote Experian Marketing Services.
  • Report to the Sales VP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years sales experience required.
  • Experience managing a revenue portfolio between $2 - $10M+ annually.
  • Strong customer service skills to cultivate client relationships.
  • Experience managing large project portfolios.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights to clients.
  • Self-starter with a passion for ad tech and marketing.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
