Overview

The Client Technical Specialist will provide outstanding software support to clients, focusing on the Bad Plan Code Detection product, ensuring correct insurance plan registration for patients.

In Short

  • Provide implementation and support services for healthcare software.
  • Troubleshoot product and technical issues.
  • Manage client-related issues using Salesforce CRM.
  • Educate customers on maximizing product use.
  • Maintain knowledge of product and service changes.
  • Monitor system status and initiate customer communications.
  • Escalate complex issues to technical resources.
  • Document reusable solutions for internal and external use.
  • Build relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Work from home in a permanent role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years' experience in customer/technical support or healthcare IT.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Boolean logical expressions.
  • Ability to handle support requests from various channels.
  • Experience interpreting requests for technical and non-technical clients.
