Overview

PingWind is seeking a qualified Healthcare Technical Operations Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role will support the adoption of technical solutions to meet the needs of healthcare providers.

In Short

• Bridge clinical and technical workstreams.
• Facilitate communication between clinicians and IT teams.
• Work with project teams on training and change management.
• Use Prosci methodology for change readiness assessment.
• Monitor and measure training effectiveness.
• Provide support on change management best practices.
• 5+ years of experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies for complex initiatives.
• Experience developing technical requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• VA or similar government experience preferred.
• Prosci Change Management Practitioner preferred.
