Overview

The Client Success Manager will partner with various teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients using Experian Health products, focusing on relationship management and product expertise.

In Short

  • Report to the Client Operations Organization and partner with Sales and Relationship Management teams.
  • Understand client implementations to facilitate updates and fixes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Optimization teams.
  • Evaluate customer use of healthcare products to recommend best practices.
  • Develop expertise in Claimsource, Denial Manager, and related products.
  • Partner on Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase client successes.
  • Develop strategies to improve client retention and engagement.
  • 5+ years in healthcare IT and revenue cycle management required.
  • Travel to client sites required (20-25%).
  • Flexible work environment with remote options available.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in healthcare IT industry and revenue cycle.
  • 3+ years' experience in account management for healthcare revenue cycle.
  • 2+ years' experience with Claimsource and similar products.
  • 2+ years' Salesforce or similar CRM expertise.
  • 2+ years' hands-on Epic expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
