Overview

The Client Success Manager will focus on maximizing client satisfaction and value by analyzing client data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the client success process.

In Short

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention and engagement.
  • Leverage customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders and address their concerns.
  • Implement process improvements within the client success function.
  • Monitor client success metrics and report progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access in healthcare.
  • Provider-based background recommended.
  • Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience.
  • Proficient in EPIC.
  • Proficient in Generative AI tools.
  • Excellent skills with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • High degree of professionalism for client interactions.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
