Client Implementation Project Expert - Remote

Overview

As the Client Implementation Project Analyst Expert, you will lead complex client implementations from point of sale through delivery, ensuring understanding of client expectations, contractual requirements, goals, and internal standards.

In Short

• Lead client implementations from initiation through completion.
• Be the primary client-facing implementation lead.
• Partner with Sales during pre-sale and post-sale phases.
• Elicit, document, and translate requirements into project plans.
• Prepare executive summaries and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal partners to confirm feasibility.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and implementation issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in Salesforce.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in client implementation or project management.
• Experience leading external client-facing implementations.
• Experience translating needs into structured requirements.
• Experience maintaining project records in Salesforce.
• Partner management and risk escalation skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for meetings.
