Overview

The Client Care - Direct Support Representative will handle client requests and provide support through various communication channels, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with internal policies.

In Short

  • Receive and respond to client requests through SalesForce and email.
  • Log maintenance performed on client accounts.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to membership and technical support.
  • Authenticate clients before making updates to accounts.
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding request status and problem resolution.
  • Extract information from databases for management reports.
  • Create and maintain subcode requests.
  • Oversee premier client assignments and support relationships.
  • Update service level agreements and procedures.
  • Handle client escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Advanced English skills.
