Overview

The Client Care - Direct Support Representative at Experian is responsible for handling client requests, maintaining records, and resolving complex issues related to client accounts and services.

In Short

  • Responds to client requests via SalesForce and email.
  • Logs and documents maintenance on client accounts.
  • Diagnoses and resolves complex membership and technical issues.
  • Authenticates clients before account updates.
  • Communicates status and resolution of requests with internal teams.
  • Extracts data for management reports and client research.
  • Handles client escalations as needed.
  • Maintains awareness of compliance policies.
  • Updates SLAs and procedures.
  • Owns support relationships for premier clients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
