Business Process Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Business Process Consultant at Experian will partner with Operations leaders to drive operational excellence through process analysis and optimization, enhancing efficiency and customer outcomes.

In Short

• Conduct end to end process assessments and document workflows.
• Analyze data to identify performance gaps and cost drivers.
• Facilitate sessions with SMEs and cross functional teams.
• Develop actionable improvements and streamline workflows.
• Implement AI enabled process improvements.
• Build business cases and ROI models.
• Design future state processes and governance models.
• Support change management and stakeholder communication.
• Report to the Director of Strategic Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in process improvement or operations consulting roles.
• Experience with KPIs and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC methodologies.
• Experience in global organizations.
• Exposure to automation tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience in regulated environments.
