Overview

The Agent Operations Specialist supports agents in the Transactions department, ensuring compliance and efficiency in real estate transactions.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for new agents, addressing their questions.
• Assist agents with transaction-related inquiries.
• Review agent listings in the CRM for accuracy.
• Monitor real estate portals to ensure brand standards.
• Publish and update agent listings on portals.
• Supervise listing inquiries.
• Support event organization and operational activities.
• Supervise and process all transactions from listing to payment.
• Coordinate with Finance for commission payments.
• Perform audits of transactions and listing activity.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate operations and compliance.
• Experience with CRM and invoicing platforms.
• Intermediate/Advanced English and Native Spanish fluency.
• Proactive problem-solver with an analytical mindset.
