Lettings Lead - UK (Remote)

Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Lettings Lead to join our remote support team. This is a key position in our growing business, providing day-to-day administrative support for our network of self-employed estate agents across the UK.

In Short

• Handle day-to-day lettings queries from eXp agents across the UK
• Monitor and manage lettings compliance using our CRM system; address and escalate issues where necessary
• Oversee tenancy payment processes: track payments, raise eXp fees, manage agent disbursements, and register deposits
• Provide agents with deposit compliance documentation and guidance
• Liaise with key supplier partners and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery
• Draft and circulate lettings updates, news, and internal training materials
• Support the onboarding team with lettings-related setup for new agents when required

Requirements

• Strong administrative experience (essential)
• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Sound knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
• Comfortable with CRMs and cloud-based platforms
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
