Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Administrative Assistant to support our insurance and risk management operations.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support for insurance policies, claims, and client accounts.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain insurance documents, applications, and correspondence.
  • Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Manage databases and ensure accurate data entry of client and policy information.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Support brokers and account managers with operational tasks.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an insurance or related administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terminology, and processes.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
