Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in monitoring management.
• 5+ years of management experience in IT operations.
• Strong technical background as a System Administrator or Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix and Prometheus.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework in Event and Incident Management.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
