Overview

The IT Operations Department at EXANTE is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design and manage a hybrid infrastructure, focusing on innovation and cost efficiency.

In Short

• Design and operate a hybrid infrastructure model.
• Develop standardized processes for monitoring hardware issues.
• Administer and optimize AWS and GCP environments.
• Control infrastructure resource utilization and balance workloads.
• Apply FinOps practices for cost optimization.
• Ensure regular testing of Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation.
• Design secure network architecture.
• Apply ITSM best practices for incident and change management.
• Support colocation Data Centres and manage SLAs with suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience with on-premise hardware and infrastructure components.
• Strong skills in cloud administration (AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of FinOps methodology.
• Experience in building Disaster Recovery plans.
• Hands-on experience with networking protocols.
• Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
• English at B2 level or higher, fluent Russian.
• (Nice to have) Experience in leading engineering teams.
