Exactera is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role involves researching, prospecting, and following up on potential new business among our Enterprise leads and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of SDR/BDR experience with Enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of pipeline generation goals.
  • Receptive to feedback and coachable.
  • Resilient with determination to overcome objections.
  • Ability to accurately record activities in Salesforce.
  • Drive to achieve monthly productivity goals.
  • Experience in reigniting previous sales demos.
