Property Management Accountant H/F - Remote

Overview

The LAMY brand is seeking a Property Management Accountant who will be responsible for managing the accounting for a portfolio of property management mandates.

In Short

• Establish invoices and receipts for tenants.
• Prepare exit statements for tenants.
• Control and issue rental guarantees.
• Prepare management reports for property owners.
• Assist with tax declarations (property taxes, VAT).
• Allocate rental charges.
• Reconcile bank statements and invoice fees.
• Support property managers with accounting questions.
• Contribute to client satisfaction.
• Ensure good communication with tenants and owners.

Requirements

• Holder of a BAC+2 in Accounting Management (BTS).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Recognized for rigor and customer service skills.
