Overview

Oralia is seeking a Property Accountant who will be responsible for the current and financial accounting of a portfolio of property management mandates.

In Short

• Organize annual closings of properties.
• Analyze work accounts.
• Control the state of expenses.
• Prepare summary documents and budgets.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts.
• Provision charges and products.
• Distribute property charges.
• Manage contentious files.
• Launch calls for funds from co-owners.
• Assist property managers with accounting questions.

Requirements

• BAC+2 in Accounting Management (BTS).
• 3 years of professional experience as a client accountant or general accountant.
• Recognized for rigor, relational ease, and customer service orientation.
