Overview

The Claims Handler will be responsible for managing insurance claims, ensuring proper assessment, and guiding clients through the claims process.

Requirements

  • Ability to apply legal and contractual knowledge.
  • Experience in claims assessment and management procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and responsive approach to client needs.
  • Educational background in insurance (BTS or Bachelor's degree).
  • Good writing skills for documentation and client communication.
