Overview

WNS Assistance delivers comprehensive, end-to-end claims management solutions to clients across the UK. We are looking for Claims Handlers to join our team and deliver high-quality customer service during the claims process.

In Short

  • Handle and resolve enquiries from customers and external contacts.
  • Establish timely reserves by estimating the value of claims.
  • Identify potential Recovery and Fraud claims.
  • Maximise productivity within the team.
  • Follow established claims handling procedures.
  • Negotiate settlement of claims within authority limits.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • Ability to build rapport and positive relationships with customers.
  • Conscientious and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Previous call centre experience is essential.
  • Previous property insurance experience preferred.
