Overview

The Sales Representative for Europe will lead business development and market expansion efforts for electrical and industrial products, focusing on establishing strong customer relationships across Europe.

In Short

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for Europe.
  • Conduct market research and intelligence gathering.
  • Organise and participate in industry exhibitions and brand-building activities.
  • Identify and develop new major customer accounts.
  • Work with R&D to suggest innovative solutions.
  • Handle local client negotiations and contract reviews.
  • Oversee product delivery and logistics cost optimisation.
  • Act as a bridge between European clients and HQ teams.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including potential plant investment.
  • Must be open to frequent business travel across Europe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales.
  • Experience in the energy and power management sector is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • High level of resilience and accountability.
