International IT Support Specialist - Remote

Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced and driven International IT Support Specialist to join our International IT Team reporting to the Director of International IT. This individual will be part of a highly motivated IT team. It will be the first point of contact for all Evolus International staff and will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all international staff, devices & third-party services that keep our office running efficiently.

In Short

• Provide highly responsive hardware and software support services for international users.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot laptop and workstation computers.
• Provide software support and assist users in the operation of various software.
• Establish and maintain user accounts and security access protocols.
• Administer onboarding process for new staff including hardware setup.
• Work with ticketing systems to manage international user requests.
• Provide remote support to international users using remote tools.
• Perform routine research, analysis, and problem diagnosis.
• Administer user accounts in Microsoft 365.
• Strict adherence to IT standards and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support and Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 accounts.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted SharePoint and Exchange Online.
• Experience working with the Azure platform.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule across multiple time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• MCSA or Microsoft 365 Certified preferred.
