Overview

The Specialty Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding product sales goals and managing physician relationships within a specific geography, focusing on women's health.

In Short

  • Drive sales through promotion of Evofem products targeting HCPs in Women’s Health.
  • Develop and execute a dynamic territory management plan.
  • Engage in complex clinical discussions with target customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet sales objectives.
  • Utilize business planning processes to drive results.
  • Travel domestically up to 50% overnight.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet eligibility requirements.
  • Two or more years of sales or business development experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is necessary.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in women's health.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to engage in sensitive discussions regarding women's health.
  • Knowledge of Word Processing and Spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and commissions.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoor elements.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Must be licensed to operate a vehicle.
