Overview

The Senior Inside Sales Specialist will manage the end-to-end sales of microscopes for Life Sciences applications, supporting field sales and driving growth through various sales strategies.

In Short

  • Manage sales process from approach to order completion.
  • Expand customer portfolio through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Identify and engage potential customers.
  • Drive sales of technical service products.
  • Support inbound lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines in CRM.
  • Develop training programs for non-F2F engagement.
  • Track and report on sales activity and forecasts.
  • Foster knowledge in the inside sales organization.

Requirements

  • Vocational training or university degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in industrial or life sciences.
  • Knowledge of microscopy or imaging devices is a plus.
  • Proven track record in new business pitching.
  • Experience in lead qualification and management.
  • Proficient in virtual sales channels and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong command of German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
