In Short

  • Ensure the sales teams have quality appointments by making outbound calls to qualified leads
  • Conduct/perform prospecting activities including making cold calls, sending emails, delivering on social strategies, etc
  • Manage all business-related activities at the forefront of the sales process on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Qualify, nurture, manage and convert MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Explain our products to prospects including inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting leads
  • Perform sales presentations over the phone, web and in-person as needed
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts
  • Make effective use of CRM to track, assign, and qualify leads
  • Maintain pipeline of prospects via Outreach Sales Enablement platform
  • Generate reports as required to track business metrics

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant sales experience, including cold calling, lead nurturing, and lead qualification.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, with experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage social media platforms to enhance both personal and company brand.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
