Overview

The Regional Sales Excellence Director is responsible for supporting the Area Vice Presidents, General Managers and Sales Managers in their local sales and marketing efforts, while working remotely and traveling around 75% of the time.

In Short

  • Support sales managers in local sales and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market and competitors to create sales plans.
  • Train sales managers on sales processes and CRM usage.
  • Develop local referral relationships for increased awareness.
  • Meet and exceed sales metrics and goals.
  • Conduct weekly video calls for training and accountability.
  • Review strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with learning and development for training opportunities.
  • Ensure integrity in relationships and meet location team needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by VP of Sales.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Business Development and sales.
  • Experience in a matrix organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing effective relationships.
  • Strong analytical and independent judgment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM.
