Overview

The Merchandise Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Everstory Partners’ merchandising operations by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data across internal systems.

In Short

• Enter and update product data into internal systems with high accuracy.
• Maintain and organize digital records related to merchandise.
• Monitor product listings for accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate with internal teams for timely product updates.
• Assist in preparing reports for merchandising meetings.
• Perform regular data backups and generate reports as needed.
• Research and identify duplicate or conflicting requests.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents.
• Follow data privacy and security protocols.
• Perform other data entry and customer service tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with contract management systems preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with office equipment.
• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Skilled in effective cross-functional coordination.
• Consistent scheduling availability required.
