The Merchandise Planning Coordinator focuses on the purchase of resale items, managing purchase orders, and ensuring effective communication between vendors and the merchandising team.

In Short

Facilitate placing and tracking purchase orders.
Manage intercompany transfer orders.
Track international shipments and prepare documentation.
Act as a primary contact between vendors and the merchandising team.
Ensure vendor compliance with guidelines.
Resolve financial issues related to purchase orders.
Prepare weekly status reports.
Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented with project management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to sit for long periods and climb stairs.
