Requirements

• Pharm.D. degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Medical Information or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in a Contact Center environment preferred.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Proficiency in telephony and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and medical literature evaluation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in specialty areas such as Oncology or Immunology is a plus.
