The Medical Information Client Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products by providing timely, evidence-based information to healthcare professionals and managing client relationships.

Requirements

  • Healthcare or Life Sciences degree (Pharmacy preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Medical Information or pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced healthcare degree preferred (PharmD)
  • 2-5 years of related experience preferred
  • Proficiency in telephony and Medical Information databases
  • Fluent in English, additional languages desirable
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate medical literature
  • Experience in a Contact Center environment
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
